How PMDD Affects Relationships

I have been suffering with PMDD for the last 17 years.

I am the host of the “In Love With PMDD” podcast and the founder of the “PMDD Partners Breakup Proof Academy” where I teach PMDD Partners how to stop the monthly breakups. I dedicated my Doctorate degree specifically to PMDD Partners and have served hundreds of them through my private sessions as well as my continued research.

The tools that I have developed have been designed to specifically address three main areas that PMDD Partners suffer with the most: Trauma, PMDD Rage, PMDD Intrusive Thoughts, and Attachment Styles.

My services can be found on my website HERE

The reason that I chose to help others with their PMDD relationship is because that is what I struggled with the most during PMDD.

I have always believed that everything you experience within your relationship is exacerbated by PMDD.

I suffered from monthly breakups for so long with no help.

It almost cost me losing my husband and PMDD Partner.

This is when I knew I had to do something about it.

I did not want to lose the love of my life and the one who I know is “My Person”. He inspired me to create tools that would relieve the stress that we were both experiencing within our relationship during PMDD. As the tools began to transform our relationship, I knew I had to share them with other PMDD Partners.

All of the tools that I teach my private clients are based on the research that I created within my Dissertation which is entitled “A Phenomenological Study of the Relationship Experiences of Partners of Individuals who Suffer with PMDD”.

It is through my research study that I discovered the emotional pain of not only PMDD Sufferers but their partners as well. I was able to see firsthand with my partner the damage that can be done in PMDD relationships without help.

I deeply believe that all individuals with PMDD deserve to have a supportive partner but there are times in which they simply do not have the tools or knowledge of what to do when their partner suffers from PMDD symptoms.

This does not mean that they are the wrong partner, it simply means that they are not equipped with what they need to sustain a PMDD relationship without breaking up every month.

I am dedicated to educating PMDD Sufferers and PMDD Partners with practical, actionable tools that they can use on a monthly basis when PMDD symptoms arise.

All individuals within these PMDD relationships want to feel seen, heard, validated, and supported. I am here to provide them with the tools because I know they deserve it.

PMDD is a devastating disorder that robs us of so many things.

I am committed to not allowing it to rob us of love too!

We should NOT have to do this alone!

We Got This!!
